Monitoring Consumer's Energy

Is it possible to monitor Consumer's Energy from Westland? I was wondering if I could use the Northville tower. Do I have to program all frequencies or just the control channel frequencies?

You should be able to get the Northville site from there.

The system is a networked EDACS system, so you will have to put in all of the frequencies for the site in the specified channel locations.

In other words, you have to start with channel 9 in the bank of your choise and go from there... Using the database, set the bank to EDACS and then enter the following frequencies in the proper order and channels (the x is the bank number in this case)
