Scanning DFD using 396T

I consider myself to be a fairly intelligent guy, but for the life of me I cannot program this Uniden 396T to scan the DFD. I'm familiar with the Pro-96, but this Uniden is stumping me. I don't need anything else on the scanner, just the Detroit Fire Department. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

I uploaded the file to the scanner, but I still get everything but the actual Fire Dpeartment...

What do you mean "you get everything"?

I was getting alot of Detroit EMS and police calls, but I THINK I solved it by locking out everything else. Do I need to change any of the settings? Again, thank you for your help.

I think I had it on Quick Key 4. I'm not sure if I had EMS locked out.

Make sure you have your scanner on "SCAN" vs. "Search".
