Default Wayne County Christmas BOL

As we all know, Wayne County loves to broadcast their annual Christmas BOL, just after midnight. Since the power on their Intercity/Point-to-Point transmitter (155.370 MHz), has been severely downgraded in power, I wonder what other frequencies/talkgroups they will use tonight? Poor Santa is always wanted for home invasion every year in our state.

Grand Traverse and Leelanau counties here in the north also do a Santa BOL every year. This year I was planning on recording it and posting it on the local Yahoo! scanner group.

Berrien County just did one about 15 min ago. Got a good recording of it too.

Edit:

Hmm there was a second one, did not get that one recorded though.

Looks like our dispatch (Wayne County) wasn't ready this year.

"Wayne County Sheriff Regional Dispatch to area departments on point to point; Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. Maybe next year we'll do the BOL."

A couple of other departments responded they'll look forward to it and the second said "Merry Christmas and it's never too late!"

Oh well...

Michigan State Police did a Santa BOL just after midnight on TalkGroup 2008, stating that he was wanted for a burglary in Warren, and if caught, contact warren PD. And on the wayne county 155.7300, all that happened was just area agencies wishing eachother a happy holidays.
