I was under the impression they were using Community EMS Dispatch, seeing as they're a division of Community.

Community EMS is dispatching them off their main VHF freq. They are until 880-899.

Edited for fear it would come across as a flame, and besides, it was off topic.

Whoops.

Henry Ford Hospital does not have there own ambulance service, they use Superior Ambulance. DMC (DRH, Harper, Grace) has DMC Express Care. They have one truck for the Casinos downtown that is dispatched by Detroit FD EMS, which is most likely where you saw the bright yellow/greenish radio. The other trucks only have mobiles in the trucks and are dispatched by Community EMS on the MPSCS.
Community EMS dispatches:
Community EMS
Oakwood Healthlink
Healthlink Priority One (I think, don't know why the wouldn't)
DMC Express Care
Botsford Ambulance
