They might have moved over to the CLEMIS, OpenSky Radio system?

I don't monitor them normally, however after reading your post, I plugged in the frequency and sat on it for awhile. It wasn't very active, but I did hear some traffic after about fifteen minutes.

I am in Rochester Hills and they are still using 424.350. Alot of the calls go over the mdt's.
Talking to the project manager for CLEMIS, The console failures have put a hold on the roll out of the new system. The problem is that the MA/COM supplied dispatch consoles that are not fully compatible with the Open Sky system (go figure). May have to replace all the consoles, but not sure yet.
Testing a different vendors console right now.
