I think of of Ionia county has moved to the MPSCS digital system. Just use the local control channel and the tak groups listed here at RR or on my page. That is if you have a digital scanner.

Portland PD is dispatched by Ionia County Sheriffs Office, which is STILL on 155.310.
their local frequency is 155.760, which is Portland's local government frequency.
their identifiers start with 46, for example: 46_8, etc.
