Default Clinton Co. EDACS
Just added new talkgroups on the datdbase for clinton co. 08-041 unknown talkgroup MSP was talking to dispatch on this.

No problem, just asking because I hear a lot of testing on Ingham Co today. Any idea what the formal name / ID for the 03-101 + countywide event talkgroups would be?
