when i try to manually put in freqs it says that im over the limit what can i do to change this? to a greater limit?

Well, I'm not sure I fully understand your question, but from what I understand you can add as many conventional frequencies as the memory can hold, and for trunked systems you can only have 200 TG in any configuration of up to 20 groups within each system.(Example: One system can have 200TG in one group; or 100 TG each in two groups or 50 in one group and 150 in the other, etc.) Those numbers are set and cannot be changed. I hope that helped and didn't confuse you even more.
