Well, judging by the time stated on the radio, and the time here, I'd say less than a minute delay, unless it's 24 hours and a min

Most are 15-60 seconds, it depends on the form of audio conversion used -- the speed of your Internet connection -- the amount of buffering you have setup on your side and more.

Yes you are hearing the Monroe Sheriff. The live feed is comming off the Northville Tower and sometimes Monroe Police Central Dispatch 2173 is affiliated with that tower. Also on the live feed the District 2 MSP talkgroups, Livingston County, and Huron Valley Ambulance.
