Default Pease AFB + Going digital anytime soon?

I was looking through the database today and noticed that most of the military installations around the MA, NH area have gone P-25 such as New Boston Tracking station, Hanscom, Otis ANGB, etc. Are they any plans in the future for Pease Air National Guard to go P-25.
