I think it is a KC-135

There is what I believe a KC-135 flying over my town and heading towards the city's airport (Chicago/Rockford International) and I have done a search on my scanner (PSR-500) on the MILAIR frequencies and was unable to locate the frequency. Would anyone know what frequency I might hear them on? They usually fly low heading towards the airport and then I think they do touch and goes and sometimes they do this at night.

In the case of those, they would just be using the same VHF airport freqs as everybody else.
