Default 380mhz Repeater?

Is there a standard offset for a 380mhz Repeater (non-trunked).

Yes - 10 MHz. Repeater outputs usually run from 380-390 and repeater inputs are from 390-400.

However, some specialized systems (shipboard, transportable) have been noted not using these standards.

Simplex could be about anywhere in the 380-400 MHz band.
