United States Department of Defense question

I am listening to the USDoD and I have 3 talk groups are not listed but I am not able to tell they are from. I live in Bay County FL. I do hear once awhile a Jacksonville TG come across. I was wondering if you can hear other TG's from different states or counties? My area PD is ENC.

Jacksonville or sometimes called Jax is the SouthEast Regional Dispatch Center for the US Navy. So they will come over All Navy Trunked 380 mhz Repeaters. If you hear Jacksonville pay attention. Most of the times they link up just to test the system.

I have got new talkgroups yesterday and today. I have 28835 which is Fire Dept. I looked on the DoD RRDB and found nothing on the talkgroups I have but the 28835 might be under Naval Air Station Meridian Talkgroups since they have talkgroup 28830 * 28840 and so on. I am wonder if I do hear other systems beside my area which is Panama City.
