Default USCG ice breaker Bollard frequencies

Would anybody know what freq's the USCG ice breaker BOLLARD would be using when it comes up the Connecticut River to Hartford to break river ice.

IF they need to communicate, it would be VHF Marine and
US Coast Guard (USCG) 1st District - Scan New England Wiki (P25)
