Question MilAir in S.E. Michigan?

I've been away from scanner for a few years. Is MilAir still active, and in the clear on the VHF/UHF frequencies in AM mode? I recall reading that a lot of is was changing.

I'm mostly interesting in the Selfridge ANG Base in Harrison Twp, MI.

Thanks

Not much has changed in the Mil-Air spectrum, some is encrypted (Have Quick - frequency hopping)
Here is info for Selfridge, scroll down to the "communications" section.
