Cherry Point Marine Base

Currently at Cherry Point for the day and hearing control channels for trunked system on 380.1, 380.2625, 380.4125, 381.95 and 381.0125. Anyone have any ideas who it is and band plan it's using?

Cherry Point air show hearing the following channels listed on my scanner as P25, but encryption on all of them:

380.825
387.4125
387.5625
388.175
