Little help

Ok, I became a premiunm member today. I want to use the download function. I used the free ware for a pro 96. I down loaded and opened the software. I followed the directions included with the software but still nothing appears on the software screen on the computer. I know it's working from the scanner side the light flashes and the scanner shows an upload. Just nothing with the screen on the comnputer. Can anyone help me with this? Is there something here in RR that I am missing?

I know that the ARC396 software works (I use it), but not sure you can use Pro96 software to access the database.

Try searching the forms for Pro96 postings and also complete a search of the entire site for Pro96 software help. hints & tips.

FYI,, This section (Minnesota) is best for posting questions and comments about Minnesota. General questions are best posted in the area most closely related your question(s).

Again, best COA is due diligence searching and reading on the site as many questions are ignored by users of RR.
