Hello, may I recommend ' Action Radio & Communications 763-391-6611, located in Maple Grove Minnesota, at 11133 86th Ave. No. They program the scanners for many law enforcemment agencys inn the metro, they are a Uniden dealer, and for a small fee they will set your radio up the way you want it. Give em a try, Tell them Dave sent you, And I hope they do have a scanner meeting soon, folks with a lot of Radio Shack 106's and the new Uniden 396XT's need help programming. hope this will help you.
