Typically Police will be on either UMPD 3 or UMPD 5, Fire on Mpls Fire Main, U of MN BLS EMS on UM DEM 2(Unit to Unit) and UM 911(Unit to Dispatch), Hennepin County ALS EMS on HCMC EMS Tac 3 or 4. Athletic and Facility Operations may still be on one of the universities UHF frequencies that are listed on the Hennepin County database... I am not sure what the individual concessions are on if any, but aramark does most of the concessions at the other venues.
HCMC EMS covers only the field and U of MN EMS covers the stands from one of 4 First Aid Rooms and roaming teams. U of MN EMS will call HCMC EMS for ALS transports, but does BLS transports themselves.
