Election day ARMER talkgroup

I was just looking through my listing of unknown ARMER talkgroups, and stumbled upon one that I haven't seen in the database, but the only time I hear any traffic on it is election day. The number is 3066 and I predict that it is a Minneapolis talkgroup. The traffic relates to ballots, election judges, etc. Since we have an election coming up on 03Nov09, I'll bet there could be activity - that is, if there is anything going on in Minneapolis (I haven't checked). Anyone else have this one?

I believe Minneapolis is electing a mayor. So there could be something.
