Default Scott, Carver, Anoka & Dakota Co. unit #'s?

I'm just getting back into scanning after a several year hiatus. I'm pretty familiar with the unit # scheme in Hennepin County. Can anyone point me to a source for unit #'s for the other Twin City metro area counties - especially Scott, Carver, Anoka and Dakota Counties? One that I'm curious about is Dakota County 4900.

Thanks!

I found the RR Wiki that should help answer most of my questions.
