St. Louis County will have
3 Announcement Groups- clear
2 Dispatch Groups- clear
6 ops - 5 of 6 clear
2 Admin Clear
Duluth will have
1 announcement group- clear
4 ops groups- 3 of 4 clear
2 admin groups- clear

according to meeting minutes, they will have 220 county specific talkgroups (includes all Police and Fire department TG's), 3550 radios and 5050 radio IDs (unless they upgrade to MCC7500 consoles)

Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows CE; IEMobile 8.12; MSIEMobile 6.0) Sprint S511)

No encryption listed for fire.
I believe Duluth PD will be dispatched on 1 of the ops talkgroups assigned where the County will just dispatch Duluth. Since Duluth is dispatched by St. Louis County 911 the talkgroups are in the county fleetmap, on a county fleetmap a talkgroup for just 1 agency is an ops channel not a main which is a shared talkgroup.

I am still a little confused. With most talkgroups in the clear will I still able to listen to the Duluth Police?
