142.025 Unknown User in Meridian ??

I am picking up another unknown frequency. The analog frequency is 142.025 and uses a DCS047. They are sometype of security. They have secured a Chapel, County Store and a Radar Site. They refer to the base as Meredian or Iredian. It's hard to tell. I think they are saying Mereidan. Unit numbers are 1-05 and 2-05.

Could it be Meridian Naval Air Station (Mc Cain Field) in Meridian, Mississippi? It's close to the western border of Alabama at the Mississippi border.
