Default DoD Southeastern Region - Biloxi/Gulfport

TRS page: Scanner Frequencies: U.S. Dept. of Defense: Southeastern Region Trunking System, Various, Multi-State

A couple of talkgroups have popped up. Unsure of who it may be. Maybe the NCBC ("Seabees").

TGIDs: 28910, 28915

Same users on the two.

Dispatch=CONTROL
Users ID themselves by calling out each digit of their ID -- ex. "two two" or "two three".

I could almost swear the user group just went active on here. Units were doing radio checks and what-not when I was on my way to USM-Gulfport today.

Have at it, scannists in the BIX-GPT area I know I will!

I already had the 28910, but not the 28915. Thanks. I also have heard 28914 active.

Default DoD SE

I heard 28915 active today (Wed the 25th). It sounds like security on the SeeBee base in Gulfport. They were talking about Gate 4 (I think) and a vehicle making a u turn and going south on Broad Avenue.

Haha! I heard the same thing, I think. I know there was one instance where someone stopped and took pictures of the Broad Ave. gate then continued on to the museum.

I have posted the TGID to the DB just now.

I have confirmed what 28910 and 28915 are.

28910 is NCBC Fire Department
28915 is NCBC Shore Police

They're both dispatched from the same radio console ID'ed as CONTROL.

NCBC 44 Gulfport are the users. I've submitted info to the database today.

Am interested in your reading tgid 28910, 28915 a while back. I am not smart enough to understand the difference between tgid and frequency. Think you could help?

They are using the DOD SE system; See Harrison County for the frequencies. The two ID are the IDs that identify the users of that system. One is the police and the other user is the fire department.
