MOT IIi is usually how the scanner setting would be... Though you might want to program in the Type I site in a seperate bank with the proper fleet code if any of the type I tg's are still alive. I know in my PRO-96 all I have to do is put in the CC's and all the tg's and let her roll. Most of the system is Type II with primarily P-25 ops except for the Hinds County EOC, a couple of HCSO Corrections tg's, and I believe one UMCPD tg. If you discover that the type I site is now gone please submit the info, as well as any unlisted tg's you can ID. TYVM

I know there are at least ten Madison/Ridgeland TG's out there, Probably as many as five Madison County TG's,... And of course nearly 20 city of Jackson TG's that are yet to be ID'ed. Plus at least 6 AMR tg's In the not so distant future, I have been informed that there is a VERY good possibility of the Warren County/Vicksburg system to join, and at least patches for Rankin County system. I do know that JPD & HCSO will have TG's on the MSWIN when its phase II is built out.

On a side note now that M.E. McMillen is not only JPD Chief, but also still the head of HCSO, they should follow Indianapolis lead and make it an Metropolitan Police Force... but hey, thats just a tad too smart an idea for em??? WEG
