Marvin logged an affliation for that one on site 114 back in August. Probably more confusing than helpful, I know.
Code:
34352,50,"T: 114 DT: 8/24/12@20:35",1345858522,"08/24/2012 @ 20:35",1345858522,"08/24/2012 @ 20:35","#000000","#000000","N",0
If we're really going to make a new thread every year then the first post should have links to the previous ones.

125xx/135xx/145xx - Various smaller agencies better off not talked about else they go completely dead, like some others that have gone dead since being blabbed about here. Sorry, but I much prefer listening to talkgroups being used than I do looking at them in the DB.
((Google "DMR under investigation" to reveal another agecny in that block. (I was listening to them the day it happened))
121xx/131xx/141xx - All full time encrypted, and my educated guess is that they belong to MBI. Mainly since they are about the only major agency otherwise unaccounted for.
We got a bit of a break in the early days with MBN before they went full time encrypted, and know they are in the 124xx/134xx/144xx blocks.
2nd digit of:
2 = Zone 1
3 = Zone 2
4 = Zone 3
That pattern does not apply across the entirety of MSWIN, but most other large state agencies also have equivalent patterns within their TGID's.

MHP 13075 - Caught this one IDed on air, Monday I believe it was, as "the motorcycle channel".
Possibly 13077 could be a MC Tac channel?
Also around the time of my previous post TG 10000 was revealed as yet another MSWIN maintenance/site tech channel.
The MID/Fire Marshall 13600 has also been pretty active since Sunday. Mostly in TDMA though.
On another TDMA note, it was mentioned in the recently posted meeting minutes that they are starting the process of trading out their EFJ cache radios for TDMA capable ones.

13600 very busy here also. Fire Marshalls are also helping with traffic control along with MHP, MBN, and Fish and Wildlife officers.

Still at odds on whether those are Fire Marshall only, or for the Enitre MS Insurance Dept., but only the Fire Marshalls actually make use of them.
IOW, can't make up my mind what to name them and submit them as. Maybe some further discussion here would be helpful.

Unified Command 22926 - Looking through my recordings and it seems they've turned on full time encryption on this one now....grrrr
Only had a handful of hits on Monday on 118 and 144 though. Hearing anything in the clear in range of the affected areas?

Yeah same here for the most part. With a few LCG(Liquefied Compressed Gas) call signs and a few calls to the "Jackson Office" as well.

Yeah should be a 3rd Smith SO/Smith County channel. I've logged it in the past via ducting from 231
A wee bit of ducting as I type this too. 112 is somewhat overpowering 119 (same CC) right now and got my first contact from the Lamar VFD Dispatch.
EDIT: Wow 112 is blowing my hair back now. Been a LONG dry spell since ducting has been like this.

Now I am hearing them on the Ellisville site talking about House #1 and House #2. Sounds more like Ellisville State School now.
