MSHP Freqs

Plus, most of the frequencies on the RR database for MSHP are wrong in the Troop A area, along with some of the other troops around the state. Someone needs to give that link a little attention . . .

Troop A Tweaks

42.920 / 260 is called "Troop A East" and is used for Carroll, Saline, Pettis & Benton Counties and is simulcast with 42.860.

Another Troop A Tweak

Also, the Hughesville Repeater on 460.475 PL is not 162.2 Hz; it's been 179.9 Hz since June of 2008. All UHF links were changed to Narrowband in late 2007, too, from wideband.

Troop H Tweaks

Several mistakes here, too.

Polo is now on 460.200; it is only for Troop H; Troop A no longer shares that site with Troop H.

Skidmore (aka Quitman) is now on 460.225; not 456.275.

Martinsville is on 460.3375; 456.475 is no longer active.

PL tones remain at 173.8 Hz.

All these repeaters are narrowband also.

Troop H only has 3 repeaters; they also have 3 remote bases, or 100-w Fill transmitters, located in Watson, Utica and Mercer. THese are all over wireline or VoIP circuits, so you won't hear them on UHF anywhere.

Troop A Deletions

While at it, one of the administrators should take the time to delete all the frequencies under call KAD90; 456.225; 460.200 and 456.750 from "Troop A"

The 460.200 is only used for Troop H and should be listed there only in my opinion.

As for the 700 stuff, it should be deleted, too. It's not in use nor will it be anytime in the near future.
