Are you talking about EMS units in the Poplar Bluff area that are marked Medic One and have Florida plates on them? Sounds like a version of ambulance service like AMR a nationwide contractual service or something like that. Try doing a internet search for them.

Medic One is contracted in Dunklin County but is full time encrypted. Nothing is in the clear not even the callsign.

They do occasionally use 155.295 to talk to Dunklin County

I thought, I heard medic one on 856.1375 MO ARK with that being the first frequency of that LTR Group here in poplar bluff. but, I could be mistaken.

Not quite sure what TG stands for is that talk group? I have done some different programming but, I will try and put those frequencies back in again using RR. and see what I can find out. When I loaded that group before, the first frequency at the top was 857.1375 856.1375 was at the bottom of list with 01 next to it. when I moved it to the top of list along with the 01 next to it, I began to pick up medic one of course, I moved the 857.1375 to the bottom just swapped positions with the two frequencies plus the 01. hope this makes sense lol! I will try it again.

Yes, TG stands for talkgroup. I'll bet you heard one of the services in or around Bluff. I can't see Medic One using the tower in Bluff when Mo-Ark has 800 Mhz towers here in Kennett and Senath. I could be wrong, but it makes no sense.
