I see that the county of St. Louis, has applied to the FCC, for a five-site simulcast P25 TRS. Their new license application is currently pending before the FCC. This should be interesting to see how it pans out.

This is part of the STARRS system...

Scanner Frequencies: STARRS - Interoperable System - 800 MHz (St Louis Metro) Trunking System, St Louis Metro Area, Multi-State

New P25 800 MHz systems/sites.

This is probably to be part of the STARRS radio system.
