Do you live in an area that has a HOA? If so, you will need to check with them first to see if you are allowed to put this up with the appropriate application/permits. Then you will need to contact the city you live in and do the same.
If you dont live in an area with a HOA, proceed to step 2 above.
If none of the above applies, such as your residence is in an unincorporated area, perhaps the county may have some influence over this, but since its only 60 feet you might be able to just put it up with no worries. I'd play it safe tho and research it a bit to save yourself from future troubles.
