Default Pro-95 can't find metro talkgroup

Does anyone know why my Pro-95 can't seem to find the KCMO Metro dispatch talkgroup? I've reprogrammed all TRS frequencies and then reassigned the talkgroup to a new channel, but still no luck. Any ideas?

Are you hearing other PD talkgroups on the system? If so which ones.
