Smile Lee's Summit PD - Basic Scrambling
Lee's Summit PD is using basic scrambling voice on there 453.150. so far there using it sence 8:30 am and its now 9:00am. Whats going on?

what is going on LSPD saying Shots fired and no news broadcast on this??? Voice scrambling??

well i finnial call news fox 4 to my freind to see what the heck is going on.... Its a training for this comming shcool year. I said geas it would be nice to tell the town people whats going on..
