Default Looking to buy used scanner

Hi everyone my bcd396t is down and I am looking for a trunking scanner not the same type but at less one thatis trunkable and can do the reband. Looks are not a big thing just as long as its HAND HELD ad ORKS GREAT. Hope to find someone In the Kansas City Metro to by from but if not then anywhere.
