Hey,

I'm new to the forum, and unfortunately a "dinosaur" when it comes to 'scanners'. I have 3 at the present time ; a Uniden BC350A, Radio Shack Pro-29 and a Realistic Pro-58....?. How's that for ancient.....!.

I live outside of Reeds Spring, sorta in between 2 or 3 hills and my reception is poor, at best even with an outside antenna. I don't have Barry County programmed anymore, because I could never get them to come in on 155.310...?. I do have Carrol and Boone county Ark though. I can't receive Springfield either, and now I don't have the outside antenna, thanks to the May storm that came through. I'm left to use the "back-of-unit" antenna's.

Anyway, I just thought I would say 'Howdy'...... neighbor.

Well, to be honest I don't get down to Taneycomo near as much these days. With all of the new businesses that has sprung up with the Landing, it is entirely to busy and congested for me to mess with. I'm proud for Branson and the local economy, but I will leave it with them to enjoy, besides we have our.....Walmart in Branson West, so what more could we ask for........!.

Thanks for the reply, enjoy this cool Sat. in Aug,
