As far as I know they use 462.975 like the others, but I live about 60 miles north of KC so I can't confirm that they use it, but I thought I've heard them use it. Hope that helps!

I can confirm they use 462.975 (PL 118.8) for flight ops. All Life Flight aircraft use that frequency in the immediate KC area and Range is about 40-50 miles from Downtown. Outside of the KC area, they use the others (Trenton & Clinton) or TG 6096 on the Johnson County, KS 800 System.
