Default AmerenUE EDACS System

Quick question - in several of the AmerenUE site listings, there are several frequencies that are listed "00" as the LCN number for specific sites. A couple sites just have "00" LCN's and some sites have both. As an example - the Cape Girardeau site has three frequencies with the LCN's 09,10 and 11 as well as three frequencies with "00" as the LCN. Does that mean that these frequencies (on which I have heard signals and that are coming from the site) LCN's are unknown? Then LCN's 01 - 08 are listed as N/A - what exactly does this mean?

UPDATE:
I entered in the freqs for the ones that do have LCN's assigned (09,10 & 11) and I am able to monitor the site and the talk group listed (05-006) does display - however.....

There is voice traffic on the three "00" listed frequencies, but the question is now WHERE do they fit in at? When I monitor the site, I will get parts of the conversation and I know the missing transmissions are on one of the three frequencies listed as "00". Should these three freqs be somewhere in the 01 to 08 LCN slots?

The 00 is used when the correct LCN is unknown. Some of us try to figure out the LCN of trunking towers.

I have verified that 858.1125 is LCN 12 for the Cape Girardeau site - still working on 855.1875!
