Ok, which site is it? I know Platte County had some microwave links applied for with the FCC, but didn't know what 700/800 frequencies they were using. Independence has some licensed to expand their coverage for Blue Springs PD. Hope you hear something on it, to figure out who it is.

I talk to a friend this week that works for South Platte FPD. He said they are already being dispatched on the same talk group that KCFD is.

Ah ok, didn't see it was updated. I didn't know they had these frequencies added, good luck searching! Keep us informed! Within looking at the application they may be tying it in with Leavenworth County's and Buchanan County's P25 systems as well!

Some new finds that haven't been added to the database as of yet...
34060-UMKC Police Dispatch
34300-Clay County Sheriff's Dispatch

129-Unknown user (sounds like maybe a security guard service, but cannot confirm).

I will get those submitted shortly. Also, for those interested, Claycomo Police Dept will be switching over to MARRS sometime on Monday 10/15, so be on the lookout for any new talkgroups associated with that agency. .

This is good news for interoperability in and around KC. I went through Clay County a few weeks ago and didn't hear them at all on 155.700 or 155.730, didn't know they were planning on going to MARRS full time or not so don't have the TGs programmed in. Also, where is East Jackson County FD located exactly?! Is it Intercity FD??

So far I have not heard names yet of Clay County except Ch 7 that is the court security guys, I don't think it will be long before Blue Springs Pd and Jackson Co come over to P25, doing testing almost every day and BS Public Works (03822) is using P25 a little starting friday,

For the last week or two I have only heard Clay County on p25, nothing on 155.7000. 155.730 is quiet too except for intermod

As for East JC I am not sure if that is fire or not All they said was EJC Tac 2 so for now that could be Pd or Fd my guess it is a Fire tac ch for use on the east side of the county, for now it's up in the air.

That is all I have for now but I will keep an ear on them and post when I have more.

I did find this PDF http://www.dfs.dps.mo.gov/Fire%20Dep...y%20county.pdf It has a list of all fire departments by county.

Ok great, thanks! I wonder why Clay County just got a repeater installed on 155.700 and now they don't even use it. About 3 months ago I saw a few Clay County cars with 800 mhz antenna's on them.

Edit 10/16/12 Disregard the above information about Claycomo. Apparently Clay County Sheriff's Office dispatch is awaiting delivery of a new dedicated radio console for Claycomo PD (there was a delay with Commenco or whoever deals with their equipment). Therefore, CPD's dispatch transition is temporarily on hold. Don't drive yourself nuts looking for new talkgroups just yet.

Claycomo PD/FD switched over to digital Monday AM. Clay County is now officially dispatching for them. Speaking of Clay County, does anyone know where Kearney and Mosby went? They used to run on 155.730 (countywide), but now that one is silent. I heard some traffic the other night on 159.825, but couldn't tell which agency it was. I've searched all of the Clay Co Sheriff groups on MARRS and can't find anything besides the county deputies. Any ideas?

They are still on 159.8250 88.5 last I knew, I think I heard them today, the reception is down on that channel for some reason, so that may be why we don't hear them as much, Kearney does use 151.2050 D343 a lot.

Default 159.8250 - 88.5 pl

Kearney PD, Mosby PD, and the Clay County Park Rangers moved to Clay County Private 2 (159.825) around the same time the 155.7 repeater on Private 1 went into operation.

It's function is the same as it was on Sheriff's net.......for communication between Clay County sheriff's dispatch and the mentioned agencies.

For car-to-car communications, Kearney uses 151.2050 - 343 DCS, which the officers refer to as "two".
Park Rangers use 155.775 - 127.3 PL for car-to-car and for car-to-park base, which they refer to as "Park Private"
