I think you are right PVPD730, the first call out doesn't go out over 31842 normally. I have heard them a few times dispatch one but it may have been after they landed at a hospital here.

Thank you I hope it works better in the long run for everyone.
On a related note Independence should be switching over soon to Jackson Co MARRS soon if they are close to the timeline in the contract, I read the entire contract between Independence, Blue Springs and Motorola last night. It was a interesting read.

Platte County TGs that I was able to ID tonight are as follows, I will coordinate with a Fire unit in the near future to verify their secondary and TAC TGs.
34100 PC LAW 1 (Primary dispatch)
34101 PC LAW 2 (records checks etc)
34104 PC TAC 1 (TAC channels assigned for in progress call and special events)
34105 PC TAC 2
34106 PC TAC 3
34107 PC TAC 4 (it doesn't appear day to day calls will be assigned beyond TAC 4)
34108 PC TAC 5
34109 PC TAC 6
34110 PC TAC 7 (Encrypted)
34117 PC SSU (Courthouse Security)
34118 PC COM 1 (car to car)
34119 PC COM 2 (car to car)
34006 REG COM 3 (Regional pursuit TG)
34141 PC FIRE 1 (primary fire dispatch)
At this time I haven't accessed a fire radio to verify TG IDs but one could assume an ascending order here. I know there is a PC FIRE 2 and subsequent FIRE TAC channels. Hope to verify IDs very soon.
34129 PC EM 1
34131 PC PW 1 (Public Works)
34132 PC PW 2
34133 PC PW 3
34136 PC FM 1 (guessing facities management here)
34137 PC FM 2
34138 PC FM 3
They also have neighboring agency's TGs from the MARRS master site which when selected or scanned will cause them to become active on Platte County site as well. They maintain their original IDs.
They include:
35855 Riverside Police Dispatch
35805 North Kansas City Police Dispatch
33054 KCMO North Patrol
35755 Gladstone Dispatch
The matrix showed more but actual programming seems to vary from that.

What feed owner, for what feed?
There are 9 feeds in Jackson County alone.
and 4 in Platte County, and yet 5 more in Clay County.
And yes some of those are duplicates in all 3 counties.
So be a bit more specific if you can please.

I'm still pulling Independence with the 700MHz control channels. Anybody have any idea how long that will keep working?
I have about ten people who rely on me to clone programming to their scanners for any changes / additions / updates, and I don't want to have ten upset people when the 700 stops working (if it will...) but I have a lot going on. If I can hold off for a while, or indefinitely, that'd be great, but if it has to be done, I will get the 800 stuff programmed in and clone everybody else's units based upon any timeline I get.
Thanks guys, DFB.

The 3414* talkgroups seem to be associated with Platte County Fire. I'll see them pop up every once in a while, but haven't been able to pin down which channels are what. As far as GLPD using the Platte site, yes that seems to be a roam feature. I've heard KCPD North, Riverside, and KCI over there.

That's what I figured with everything. I'm wondering if I should program it as a multi-site system then. This is a great thing with P25 that they can have the interoperability they need.

I've heard 145 but not 146. Also got a hit on 34142 awhile back, but not lately. Lots on 141.

141 has been very active, but I'm not sure who's who as far as radio numbers go. Sounds like the "Medic 50" units are most likely NRAD, but the others are still a big question mark.

Gotcha. Wonder what numbers NRAD uses (also Southern Platte FD)?

Do they still use VHF for paging, that'd be an easier way to tell.

141 is the dispatch TG for all Fire/EMS agencies dispatched by Platte County Sheriff.
10-units (ie pumper 12) are Smithville Fire
20's are South Platte, but are now dispatched by KCMO
Medic 44,45 etc are NRAD ambulances
50's units are West Platte Fire, including Medic 50
60's are Dearborn Area FPD
70's are Camden Point Area FPD
80's are Edgerton/Trimble Area FPD
90's are Central Platte FPD (Platte City)
At the time of switch over they were paging off of VHF. I haven't been in the loop in a while so I don't know if they still are.
I put together the TG list for the police side of the Platte County system but haven't had time to coordinate with a fire unit to skim their information with UniTrunker. I would do it today, but my 106 is at work.

They use Sheriff north dispatch (VHF) for fire now, at least I have heard them on there several times.
