Site 121 is most likely the Grimes/Dewitt site, east of Carrollton.

According to the database, 155.6175 only appears on the Grimes/Dewitt site.

In addition, the Grimes/Dewitt site is a logical adjacent site shown in the Lawson site log.

Site number 016 currently listed for Grimes/Dewitt is a duplication of the Jefferson City - 700 Mhz entry in the database.

Update on the Stl area from my end as I've spent most of day determining what I might be able to monitor with this system.

Imperial - Testing today with TGID: 5. Sounded good with strong decode and consistent 5 bars

City South - Intermittent CC decode, not sure if it's me or the system, still seems offline. No way to tell cause I haven't heard any traffic on it....ever

Weldon Spring - Signal not strong enough

Jeffco S - Still getting a signal but no traffic/testing

You should start to see more affiliations on the tower sites in Region H, as they have installed most of the control stations at PSAPS throughout the region. They have also started to distribute mobiles to local agencies who applied for grant-funded mobiles.

Testing on Talkgroup 5 heard in St. Charles County yesterday.

The coding they are using is as follows

Yellow, Green, Red

Numbers such as 557385, 557384, 557383 and 556385,556384

Apparently, the numbers are tiles the testing units are driving and testing the signal inside of.

How they come up with the tiles for the roads the drive is what I can't decode.

I do not know if there is a certain mapping they drew up on their own or how they come up with the tiles. It would be interesting to know.

You will hear them say for instance; Yellow 557385 and either, Pass, Gate, In-accessible, private, etc.

Today they are using talk group 20005 to test.

As far as signal strength on the Weldon Springs site, using my Pro-106 on I-64 (St. Louis City) to (Weldon Spring) is as follows:

St. Louis City - Nothing to Weak
Richmond Heights Weak
Ladue - Weak
Frontenac - Moderate to Weak
Town N County - Moderate
Chesterfield - Moderate to Strong
Weldon Spring - Strong

I've been hearing actual Sikeston traffic coming over the Weldon Spring tower. Only during the day though when they are doing other testing.

Confirmed TGID 20005 on Imperial yesterday and same traffic as mentioned above.

Are you saying they are using MOSWIN, as in MSHP using it?

Poplar Bluff Troop E is using MOSWIN heavily today. It's almost too much.

Routine traffic stops & etc. I don't know how long this has been going on, but they're assigning incident numbers for each stop.
