Chateau Carriage House - Boeing Leadership Center

Thanks for that Terry! That's the exact place I was trying to think of. Had an ex co-worker that worked there for a couple years. I just could not recall the name for anything until I saw the Chateau in your post.
I don't know if that is what the OP is hearing but it sounds like it may be from what my buddy had told me about the place.

I know it sits up pretty high so I'm surprised I cannot hear much from it but maybe the TRBO sounds I'm hearing are from the same place.
Last night I'd hear a TRBO transmission and they were almost all followed by an analog transmission like someone was replying but the analog side was too weak to copy worth a darn. I think I could decode the TRBO signal though. Possible they are in the middle of a TRBO transition with some analog radios still in use.
If I'm hearing the same radio as the OP, it seems to be a fairly active system as they were talking often until 4 AM this morning when I finally pulled the plug.

My buddy told me they were moving in some pretty high tech gear during his time there. He worked there not long after Boeing had taken over and they were already into some heavy renovation work at that time. His job was more industrial in nature though. Mainly things HVAC related.
Now I wish he still worked there as he was also into radio.
I could not tell if the TRBO signal I could hear was a repeater or not. I guess I'll see if I can copy anything with DSD.

I wonder if the OP also hears the TRBO signal? He has not mentioned it so it could be two different system we are hearing.
Even though the property sits up pretty high, they could be using some low antennas and running just a few watts limiting the reception range.

From 5th Street and I70, it's all analog, no Motrbo sounds heard. Chateau Carriage House - Boeing Leadership Center could possibly be the licensee, but that seems pretty far from my location. Maybe Ill take a trip with the Icom and turn down the ATT and track the signal down.

I was wondering about that. I think I'm actually closer to the Boeing place than you are so I'd figure I'd get a better signal.
I've also has to resort to going mobile before!

Sometimes those trips end up being fun and you find other signals.

Let us know what you find if you venture out into the streets!

It would be hard to tack them down today, I have only heard them key up once since last post.
