Kirkwood PD/Fire changes?

In an effort to "keep up" with what is going on back there from out here in Tacoma, I tried to listen to the online feed of these services via the Radio Reference/Broadcastify online feed both last night and again this morning. In both instances all I got was digital noise. Have these departments changed to a digital (P25?) mode or might there be some inadvertent change in the settings on the receiver providing the feed?

Update: Just checked and the streaming audio is now back and readable, though perhaps not quite as clear as it was a few days ago (noisier background). I'll keep checking and appreciate the feedback I've gotten from good friend via by direct email.

I obviously can't speak for what may or may not be streamed by persons or entitys but both kirkwood Pd and FD will be cutting over to the new P25 trunking system soon. I also don't have confirmation on what might be simulcasted over the older stuff so that feed might be useless in it's current state for Kirkwood soon.
