Anyone have any information on the differences between "Sam" units and "David" units?
Any information on the department would be appreciated. Thank you.

If it was anything like Cape County, the "Sam" units are the marked Sheriff's patrol units. "David" units may refer to detectives or some other agency that uses the SO for dispatch.
