Billings LTR

Does anyone know the correct LCN order for the Billings LTR system? I am here for a few days and would like to mess with it. Or can anyone point me to the idiot's guide to mapping with a 996T?

I am able to get voice on all 5 frequencies listed, but only in conventional mode.
Anyone?
