Question Helena Area Frequencies

I am a bit confused here. All law enforcement / fire / EMS in the Helena area is using this P25 digital stuff, right? So that means that my BC72XLT won't be able to listen in on these frequencies? And also, why are there non-P25 frequencies that are still up if the entire Helena area switched to P25?

I believe the county fire 154.160 is still analog, but you're right, the others should be removed.
