Great Falls PD
Looks like after the Great Falls PD went digital they realized that the new system is not working as it should be. They have reverted back to the old analog FM with a few units using digital. Dispatch is analog. They are having transmission errors resulting in garbled and robotic audio on the digital system. It could be multipath distortion and they are using the old analog till they figure out how to fix the problem.
So those with the old analog scanners, break them out and listen in!

Bozeman also has many many unreadable digitized transmissions. When the winds are strong don't use your portable.
