Some Logs from the Havre Area

Havre PD appears to be using P-25 voice unencrypted. Heard on 154.860 and 159.030. No analog heard.

Hill Co. seems to be working 154.710 analog.

Some entity in the Lohman area heard on 154.875.

Anyone know who's using 171.650 in this area? Traffic heard both analog and P-25 digital.

That 171 MHz freq is federal gov't of some kind...prolly USFS, BLM, BIA etc

According to the FCC database,

WNCC224
154.86 is a repeater out maybe 159.03 is the input?

Hill County KNEA298
154.71 is a repeater out and it looks like 156.21 is the input.

Thats cool that they are using APCO 25, the only pd in Wyoming using digital is Casper and they are encrypted.
