not from SC, but SW montana. Got a Pro-96 when things go digital, and a BC-15 for everything else

Not in Montana, yet.

But have plans of moving back home in the future. And that would be in the Bozeman area. And am curious with the above statement, are there plans of Montana going digital in the future?

Just bought a new scanner, BCT8 by mistake. And this is just added to the collection of other scanners that I have bought since the 80's. Thought I was on the pulse of things, and found out after the fact, that this unit doesn't cover the digital channels down here in Colorado. I didn't do my research very well, and am now learning some new lessons. So we are looking for a new rig for the future.

But curious how far off digital Montana is set to begin, and or it is just talk for the future.

Stationed in E Bozeman. I'm going by what is updated in the database. Januaryish 2008 for Gallatin co/BZN. Bozeman's sites were posed early 2007, and sites around the N part of the co were posted around June.

Hmmmmmm

Need to keep looking at those digital toy options. Thanks for the update, for my future move back home. And will be nice to listen to the radio up there.

With the current fire danger, and fires going on there, I am sure some there are some active channels there. Have relatives up there giving updates to the family, since the family is spread out all over Montana.

Again, thanks for the info.
