Default Uhf Cdm1250 Eeprm Cs Error

i attemped to program my radio and got a EEPRM CS ERROR , i dont have the original codeplug just the modified one that i changed the data on, how do i fix this problem or get a good codeplug. what are my options here

Your radio's internal data is corrupted.

Try re-writing the radio about 10 times or so and see if it eventually takes. If it doesn't and you've tried to write the codeplug (hopefully the original if there's any ways you can retrieve it), a trip to the depot or your local MSS is in order.

how do i re write it i keep hitting the load to radio button but it comes up with a vector error then says the radio is in compatable, i read the radio made the changes hit save loaded to radio and wham error, i was reading on here that someone asked someone for a good codeplug and they emailed them it. how do i rewrite a codeplug

Howdy, I am having the same problem only my radio is a VHF CDM1550. It lost power due to a faulty power supply during a load. Am I fubared?

Default Same Problem

I am having the same problem. The battery in my rib box was low and caused the radio to lock.

If using a RIB and proper cable (those RIB-less ones are garbage), just try reprogramming it. I've had total success doing just that.

FYI, YOU SHOULD ALWAYS SAVE YOUR CODEPLUGS!

Just take one you've saved or are currently working on and continue to try reprogramming.
