Don't forget that you will need a programming cable, RIB and the Motorola software (RSS) to be able
th change the channels in this radio. This radio is also very sensitive to the RIB voltages being used
and as such I haven't found any cheap copies of the RIB to work. Only the true Motorola RIB seems
to work so far. The Polaris RIB's I have tried have too low of a voltage level to make the radio
happy in writing new data.
Aside from the programming, the radio is a fine unit. Just don't ground either side of the speaker
wires. You will blow the audio amp. Parts are getting scarce for this radio, as I believe it is
no longer supported by Motorola.

I haven't ever heard or seen this radio before so that's why I'm asking.
