Cool Motorola radius GM300 vhf high band
how do i adjust the squelch on one of these?

There is a blue pot on the controller baord. Can't tell you which one, there's 2 or 3. Mark the pot with pen, press monitor and turn CCW. If squelch opens, that is the one. If not, put it back where you found it and try the next one.

Even better, the pot you adjust is marked 'SQ'
